Zhou Hongyi, the founder of Chinese technology firm 360, has suffered a serious injury while practicing bouldering. The incident occurred when he fell from a height of approximately three meters, resulting in a comminuted fracture of his left knee. Consequently, Zhou Hongyi has canceled all his planned business trips for the next two to three months.

The accident took place on October 10. In a video released by Zhou himself, he detailed how he lost his grip during the climb and fell, with his left leg absorbing the full impact. He reported hearing a "crack" in his knee and immediately losing mobility in the limb. Medical examinations confirmed the comminuted fracture.

Despite having been engaged in climbing for some time, Zhou Hongyi expressed his disbelief and surprise at the event. He also cautioned others, particularly older individuals, about the risks associated with extreme climbing sports. Zhou Hongyi was born in 1970, making him in his 50s.

As a result of the injury, Zhou Hongyi will be focusing on recovery for the next two to three months. He is expected to wear a brace on his knee for the initial month, and all his travel arrangements have been adjusted.
