3TREES Opens World's Largest Coatings Showroom, Securing Guinness World Record
On July 16, Chinese company 3TREES officially opened its nearly 20,000-square-meter Quality Homes Technology Experience Center in Putian, China, earning a Guinness World Record for the largest coatings showroom.
SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd., operating as 3TREES, inaugurated its Quality Homes Technology Experience Center at its headquarters in Putian, Fujian, on July 16. The company officially received a Guinness World Record for the largest coatings showroom, spanning nearly 20,000 square meters.
The new center, renovated from a two-decade-old idle factory using 3TREES' own green coating materials, is presented as a benchmark for urban renewal and industrial tourism. It preserves original industrial textures while incorporating eco-friendly materials and smart construction techniques.
Developed by a global expert team over nearly a year, the four-story facility integrates brand display, cultural heritage, and real-scene experiences. It showcases the company's full industrial chain solutions, covering retail, engineering projects, industrial coatings, and traditional lacquer applications. A key offering is the "Instant Renovation for Immediate Move-in" solution, designed for rapid and cost-effective space upgrades without major demolition.
The company stated the record highlights Chinese brand strength and presents a model combining green smart manufacturing with spatial aesthetics. 3TREES aims to enhance product quality and services, accelerate domestic substitution of high-end industrial coatings, and create healthier living spaces.
