3TREES Sets Guinness World Record for Largest Coatings Showroom

Chinese company SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd., known as 3TREES, officially inaugurated its extensive Quality Homes Technology Experience Center in Putian, Fujian province, on July 16. The facility has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's largest showroom dedicated to coatings.

The nearly 20,000-square-meter complex was transformed from a two-decade-old idle factory using 3TREES' green coating materials. The venue sets a benchmark for urban renewal and industrial tourism, preserving original industrial textures while incorporating innovative eco-materials and smart construction techniques to enhance residents' sense of well-being.

The four-story hall is designed to integrate brand display, cultural heritage preservation, and real-scene experiences, covering the company's full industrial chain. This includes solutions for retail, engineering projects, industrial coatings, and traditional lacquer applications. The first floor focuses on healthy home renovation for consumers, while the second showcases B2B offerings for urban renewal and intelligent building systems.

The third floor hosts an art museum dedicated to 8,000 years of Chinese lacquer intangible heritage. The fourth floor serves as a lifestyle experience zone. A key solution offered is "Instant Renovation for Immediate Move-in," allowing for quick and cost-effective space upgrades without extensive demolition.

3TREES stated that the new center highlights the growing strength of Chinese brands and presents a new model for global markets, combining green smart manufacturing with spatial aesthetics. The company aims to further enhance product quality and industrial services and accelerate domestic substitution of high-end industrial coatings.
