42AI secures $62.5M to develop predictive behavioral model
Israeli startup 42AI has emerged from stealth with $62.5 million in seed funding to develop a system designed to calculate the probability of human decision-making in various scenarios.

42AI, an Israeli startup, has exited stealth mode after raising $62.5 million in seed funding. The company is developing a "behavioral world model" that attempts to forecast human actions by analyzing individual decision-making tendencies rather than solely relying on historical patterns.
The startup is currently deploying its predictive system with select financial brokerages. According to the company, the model is designed to assist in anticipating how individual traders might react when faced with volatile market conditions. CEO and co-founder Amit Gal-Or states that the technology does not view behavior as deterministic, but rather as a probabilistic outcome based on underlying psychological traits.
CTO and co-founder Ehud Ezra added that the model seeks to identify internal motivations to provide a probability distribution of future choices. By translating psychological tendencies into quantifiable data, the firm aims to refine how institutions perceive the likelihood of specific human outcomes.
