50T Funds, a growth equity fund manager specializing in the Digital Asset Ecosystem (DAE), announced the appointment of George Jamgochian as Head of Capital Formation. Jamgochian brings over two decades of experience in institutional capital introduction, investor relations, and business development.

The appointment coincides with 50T Funds' efforts to scale its institutional investor base for Fund V, its latest growth equity vehicle. This expansion follows recent successes with portfolio companies including the acquisition of Deribit by Coinbase and the public listings of Circle, eToro, Cipher Digital, and Figure Technology Solutions.

In his new role, Jamgochian will lead 50T Funds' capital formation strategy, aiming to deepen relationships with institutional limited partners and expand the firm's global investor base. "George's experience building institutional capital introduction platforms is ideal for leading our capital formation efforts," stated Dan Tapiero, Founder & CEO of 50T. "His relationships and disciplined approach will be invaluable as we scale Fund V."

Prior to joining 50T Funds, Jamgochian held leadership positions at Clear Street, where he built the firm's capital introduction program, as well as at TIG Advisors, Goldman Sachs & Co., Wells Fargo Securities, and Credit Suisse Securities. 50T Funds focuses on investing in infrastructure companies within the digital asset ecosystem.
