AAX Biotech and evitria AG to Host Webinar on Antibody Stability
AAX Biotech and evitria AG will present new data on the benefits of Opti-mAb® technology in multispecific antibody development during a joint webinar.

AAX Biotech AB and evitria AG are co-hosting a webinar on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 3 PM CET, addressing stability issues with single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) in multispecific antibody development.
The webinar will feature AAX Biotech's Opti-mAb® technology, which is reported to enhance the stability, expression, and aggregation characteristics of scFv fragments and antibody constructs containing them, including bispecific antibodies and CAR-T cells. Daniel X. Johansson, CEO and CSO at AAX Biotech, will discuss the stability problems that led to the technology's development and the improvements offered by Opti-mAb®.
In the second segment, Julia Pizzolato from evitria AG will present comparative data from testing Opti-mAb® in three more complex, asymmetric bi- and trispecific antibody formats. These formats have previously shown significant aggregation upon expression.
The 45-minute event requires registration via a provided link. The session aims to offer insights into the challenges of manufacturing multispecific antibodies and how Opti-mAb® technology can provide solutions.
