AAX Biotech and Vascurie Collaborate to Advance Cancer Therapies
AAX Biotech and Vascurie are partnering to accelerate antibody characterization for neuro-oncology therapies.

Biotech firm AAX Biotech has announced a collaboration with Vascurie, a company focused on developing neuro-oncology therapeutics.
The partnership aims to accelerate antibody characterization using AAX Biotech's Seqitope® platform and automation infrastructure. This initiative is expected to yield faster, more data-driven insights throughout the drug discovery and development process, particularly for neuro-oncology applications.
AAX Biotech's Seqitope® technology enables high-resolution mapping of up to 100 antibodies simultaneously. Combined with a recently installed automation robot, this provides a significantly faster and more scalable method for antibody analysis.
Vascurie will leverage this technology to identify and develop antibodies targeting CD93, a novel target for brain cancer therapies. The collaboration is anticipated to accelerate the development of their lead candidate, VDL-309, and enhance the selection of future drug compounds while mitigating development risks.
