AAX Biotech Appoints New Business Development Manager

AAX Biotech has appointed Claudia Kielkopf as its new Business Development Manager, the company announced Thursday. Kielkopf will report to Chief Business Officer Maria L. Knudsen.

Kielkopf brings a background in protein biochemistry and structural biology, holding a PhD in the field. Her postdoctoral research experience was gained at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Protein Research at the University of Copenhagen. She previously served as product lead at Ionlace, a startup focused on therapeutic antibody development.

The appointment aims to advance AAX Biotech's mission of developing next-generation antibody-based therapies. The company focuses on creating new treatments using antibody technology.

This hire is part of AAX Biotech's strategy to expand its business development efforts and strengthen its position in the antibody therapeutics market.
