AAX Biotech to present Opti-mAb technology at London summit
AAX Biotech will present its proprietary Opti-mAb® technology at the T-Cell Engager Therapeutics Summit Europe in London, December 9-11, 2025. The technology aims to improve the stability and production of T-cell engagers.

AAX Biotech is scheduled to present its Opti-mAb® technology at the T-Cell Engager Therapeutics Summit Europe in London, from December 9–11, 2025. The event gathers professionals focused on advancing T-cell engagers (TCEs) for clinical application in oncology and autoimmune diseases.
Sr. Scientist Ionut Dumitru will present a poster detailing how the Opti-mAb® technology addresses the inherent instability of single-chain variable fragments (scFv). These fragments are key components in bispecific antibodies and CAR-T cells.
The proprietary technology offers a stabilization strategy intended to improve production yields and enhance the stability of scFv. By mitigating instability issues, AAX Biotech suggests Opti-mAb® can facilitate the progression of promising TCE candidates towards clinical trials.
The company aims to engage with industry peers and potential partners during the summit to discuss the application of Opti-mAb® in strengthening TCE development pipelines.
