AbbVie Presents New Dermatology Research at 2026 EADV Congress
AbbVie will present 60 abstracts and presentations at the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Congress. The data covers multiple immune-mediated skin diseases, including new findings on existing and investigational therapies.
AbbVie is set to present new clinical and real-world evidence across its diverse dermatology portfolio at the 2026 European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Congress in Vienna, Austria, from September 30 to October 3. The company's presentations will focus on immune-mediated skin diseases.
The pharmaceutical company will showcase 60 abstracts and presentations, including three late-breaking reports. These findings span conditions such as alopecia areata, atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, non-segmental vitiligo, psoriasis, and psoriatic arthritis. The data will cover AbbVie's approved therapies, risankizumab (SKYRIZI®) and upadacitinib (RINVOQ®), as well as investigational compounds like lutikizumab and zumilokibart.
The presented data aims to provide further evidence on the efficacy and safety of risankizumab and upadacitinib in various patient populations. Additionally, the inclusion of data on novel compounds highlights AbbVie's continued research into new mechanisms of action for treating skin conditions.
Key data at the EADV Congress will include long-term efficacy and safety results for upadacitinib in alopecia areata, new findings on the efficacy and safety of zumilokibart in atopic dermatitis, and data on lutikizumab for hidradenitis suppurativa.
