AbbVie to Present Solid Tumor Data at ESMO Congress
AbbVie will present new and updated data from its solid tumor oncology portfolio at this year's European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress. The data spans multiple cancer types and stages of development.

AbbVie announced it will present new and updated data from its solid tumor oncology portfolio at the 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress in Madrid, Spain. The company stated its presence at ESMO is its largest to date, featuring presentations across multiple cancer types including lung, colorectal, ovarian, and prostate cancers.
The data will cover several of AbbVie's investigational and approved medicines, including Temab-A (telisotuzumab adizutecan), ABBV-706, ABBV-969, ABBV-1480 (RC148), alveltamig, Emrelis™ (telisotuzumab vedotin-tllv), and Elahere® (mirvetuximab soravtansine-gynx). These presentations aim to demonstrate how AbbVie is advancing therapies that address the complexity and heterogeneity of solid tumors and meet diverse patient needs.
AbbVie highlighted promising data for Temab-A (telisotuzumab adizutecan). In a study combining Temab-A with bevacizumab for advanced colorectal cancer (CRC), the overall response rate (ORR) was 30% and overall survival (OS) reached 14.7 months. For non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), ORR was 50% and OS was 13.8 months in unselected patients. These findings contributed to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granting Temab-A Breakthrough Therapy designations for CRC and NSCLC.
The congress will also feature longer-term survival data and combination findings from multiple drug candidates in various stages of development. AbbVie emphasized its biology-driven approach to developing differentiated treatments with the potential to significantly improve outcomes for cancer patients.
