ABC Legal Names Virginia Rho Chief Human Resources Officer

ABC Legal, the largest provider of service of process in the United States, announced the appointment of Virginia Rho as its Chief Human Resources Officer. The move signals the company's focus on strengthening its leadership, culture, and organizational infrastructure to support upcoming growth.

Rho brings over 15 years of experience in scaling people operations within high-growth environments. Her previous roles include SVP of People Operations at Napster Corp. and dual positions as Chief of Staff to Technology and Head of Talent Strategy at Wayfair. She also held leadership roles at Sterling, managing M&A integrations and organizational restructures.

In her new capacity, Rho will oversee talent and organizational strategies aligned with company growth, develop scalable people systems, and enhance employee culture. This appointment follows recent additions to ABC Legal's leadership team, including new Vice Presidents in Process Server Network and Quality Control, indicating a broader push for operational excellence.
