Abcourt Mines Begins Mine Development, Engages Market Maker
Abcourt Mines Inc. has commenced mine development at its Sleeping Giant site and engaged Red Cloud Securities to enhance share liquidity.

Abcourt Mines Inc. reported its financial results for the first quarter ended September 30, 2025, on Friday. Key developments include the initiation of mine development operations at the Sleeping Giant site. This has involved constructing and rehabilitating drifts to access production stopes, maintaining installations and equipment, and hiring new employees.
The company has also begun introducing gold into the mill's processing circuit. Surface improvements during the quarter included the construction of Phase 1 accommodation and kitchen facilities, which became operational on September 2nd. Civil construction work was also undertaken at the tailings facility in preparation for winter and a planned next lift in cell 2A for Summer 2026.
In parallel with its operational updates, Abcourt Mines announced the engagement of Red Cloud Securities Inc. to provide market-making services. This service aims to maintain a reasonable market and improve the liquidity of Abcourt Mines' common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange. The agreement includes no performance-based terms, and Red Cloud Securities will not receive shares or options as compensation.
