Abcourt Mines Inc. has announced its financial results for the second quarter ending December 31, 2025. The company reported ongoing development activities at the Sleeping Giant mine, including the rehabilitation and development of existing galleries to access production sites.
Abcourt completed the filing of gold in circuit at the mill. In October 2025, the company announced a private placement raising $10 million. Subsequently, in December 2025, Abcourt entered into a binding term sheet with Glencore for a senior debt financing of up to $30 million and a production purchase agreement, with definitive agreements closing in January 2026.
"The continued development of the Sleeping Giant mine is progressing well, as demonstrated by the profit from mining operations generated during the quarter," stated Pascal Hamelin, President and CEO of Abcourt Mines. He added that ongoing rehabilitation and development projects are expected to increase production rates in the coming months.
Abcourt Mines' operations are centered in northwestern Québec, Canada, where it owns the Sleeping Giant Mine and Mill and the Flordin property. Detailed financial statements and management's discussion are available on SEDAR+.
