Abel Metallsysteme, a manufacturer of metal systems, held an event on April 3, 2025, designed to give young students practical exposure to careers in technical fields. The "Girls' & Boys' Day" initiative allowed participants to explore the company's operations and engage in manufacturing activities.

A session in the design department illustrated the process of creating technical drawings and transforming concepts into finished components.

Participants then moved to the company's training workshop, where they were tasked with manufacturing a metal cube based on a provided drawing. This hands-on activity required precision and practical skills. The students also collaborated in small teams to create social media posts documenting their experiences throughout the day.

A visit to the powder coating facility concluded the event, offering participants a look at the final stages of product finishing. Abel Metallsysteme expressed its aim to inspire the next generation of talent by providing a practical glimpse into the world of manufacturing and technical trades.
