Aberdeen Investments Announces Distribution Details for U.S. Closed-End Funds

Aberdeen Investments U.S. Closed-End Funds announced on Thursday the distribution details for July for ten of its listed funds. The distributions will be paid on July 31, 2026, to all shareholders of record as of July 23, 2026.

The announced amounts range from $0.02 to $0.22 per share. Ticker symbols affected include ACP, AGD, AOD, ASGI, AWP, FAX, MFM, MGF, MIN, THQ, and THW, among others.

Following the reorganization of VFL into MFM on July 13, 2026, the Aberdeen Municipal Income Fund (MFM) will manage distributions previously attributable to VFL shareholders.

Shareholders will receive a Form 1099-DIV by year-end detailing the content and tax treatment of the distributions. The company noted that distribution policies are subject to change and that the distribution amount should not be interpreted as a direct indicator of a fund's investment performance.
