Component manufacturer Abracon has launched a new online account system allowing engineers to manage sample requests, orders, and technical design files directly.
Texas-based component manufacturer Abracon has launched a new web-based account system aimed at streamlining the workflow for engineers. The platform allows users to request and purchase product samples, track order status, and download technical resources, such as 3D models and simulation files, directly from the company website.
The initiative is designed to shorten the time between initial component research and design validation. While Abracon will continue to utilize its traditional sales and distribution network, the company stated that these digital tools are intended to complement existing channels and improve user experience.
Kevin Lemon, VP of global product and marketing, noted that the investment in digital infrastructure reflects evolving customer expectations. The new account functionality is expected to serve as the foundation for future digital upgrades to the Abracon platform.
