AcadeMedia, a Swedish education provider, will launch a new upper secondary school campus named Campus Odenplan in central Stockholm in August 2027. The campus will be located in Fabege's Mimer 5 block at Vanadisvägen 9, near the Odenplan area, and is designed to host more than 2,000 students across three schools.
The lease agreement, signed in 2025, spans approximately 12,000 square meters and has a minimum term of 15 years. The Mimer 5 block, originally constructed between 1958 and 1961, has a historical connection to education, having previously housed Stockholm University before accommodating other school levels.
This expansion aims to provide a modern and unified learning environment for students. Fabege highlighted the property's strategic location, offering accessibility for students and staff. The development underscores AcadeMedia's commitment to expanding its educational offerings in key urban areas.
