Accenture to Acquire McCoy to Expand SAP Capabilities in Netherlands
Accenture has agreed to acquire McCoy, a Dutch SAP transformation partner focused on mid-market companies. The deal will bolster Accenture Edge's European presence and enhance SAP modernization services in the Netherlands.
Consulting firm Accenture has announced its agreement to acquire McCoy, a Netherlands-based SAP transformation partner that serves mid-market companies. The acquisition is set to strengthen Accenture's capabilities in serving the mid-market segment through its Accenture Edge business unit.
McCoy, established in 2012, specializes in designing, implementing, and managing SAP solutions. It holds SAP Gold Partner status and brings over 380 professionals and proprietary accelerators to Accenture. The company also has operations in Spain and the Philippines.
Accenture stated that the acquisition will enhance Accenture Edge's position in the EMEA mid-market and expand its SAP modernization expertise within the Netherlands. McCoy's services are expected to support initiatives aimed at helping companies modernize their SAP environments, integrate artificial intelligence into core processes, and scale new capabilities more efficiently.
The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
