Gilchrist brings over a decade of experience in the workforce solutions and employment screening sectors. She joins Accio from Cisive, where she served as vice president of operations. Her background includes leadership roles at HireRight and Universal Background Screening, with expertise spanning criminal background checks, drug testing, and regulatory compliance.
CEO Cody Reeves stated that the appointment is intended to bolster the company’s product portfolio and address operational challenges faced by its consumer reporting agency (CRA) partners. Throughout her career, Gilchrist has managed global teams and focused on AI-enabled operational transformations.
