ACE & Company has launched ACE Private Equity, a new business unit consolidating its Independent Sponsors and Secondaries strategies. The platform targets overlooked opportunities in the lower middle market and secondaries.

ACE & Company announced the launch of ACE Private Equity, a new business unit that unifies its Independent Sponsors and Secondaries strategies. The New York and Geneva-based firm aims to leverage its over two decades of private market investing experience to focus on fragmented and underserved segments.
The consolidated platform will target opportunities in lower middle-market buyouts and secondaries, where access, specialization, and deep relationships are deemed critical for success. ACE Private Equity seeks to uncover differentiated investment opportunities and create long-term value for investors and partners.
ACE Independent Sponsors partners with experienced independent sponsors to invest in lower middle-market companies across the United States and Western Europe. Recently, the strategy reached a $143 million first close for ACE Independent Sponsors IV. ACE Secondaries acquires LP interests in mature private capital funds, focusing on LP-led transactions, and recently held a $95 million final close for ACE Secondary Investments VIII.
With over $2.0 billion in assets under management, ACE & Company stated that this strategic integration aims to strengthen its ability to provide specialist capital to underserved markets and source high-quality investment opportunities.
