Acroud restates 2026 Q1 and Q2 interim reports due to accounting error

Acroud is restating its financial reports for the first half of 2026 following the discovery of an error that inflated both revenue and costs.

6 November 2026

Acroud has identified an accounting error that resulted in an overstatement of both revenue and expenses within its consolidated income statement and its iGaming Affiliation segment. The discrepancy affected both the first and second quarters of 2026.

Revenue was reported 1.1 million euros too high in each of the first two quarters, totaling a 2.2 million euro overstatement for the first half of the year. The same amounts were incorrectly attributed to other external expenses and personnel costs.

The net financial impact on EBITDA is negligible, as the revenue and cost adjustments offset one another. The restatement will, however, result in an adjustment to the company's reported EBITDA margin.
