Actelis Networks and Exaware have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to expand their strategic collaboration, focusing on joint market opportunities in critical infrastructure.
Sunnyvale, Calif. – Actelis Networks, a provider of networking solutions, and Israel-based Exaware have expanded their strategic collaboration with a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The agreement aims to advance their joint commercial and strategic relationship while Actelis pursues relisting on the Nasdaq.
The collaboration framework is designed to leverage the complementary technologies and customer relationships of both companies, particularly within critical infrastructure markets. Initial efforts are expected to include joint pursuit of customer opportunities, coordinated business development, and evaluation of technology interoperability for integrated solutions.
Actelis CEO Tuvia Barlev highlighted Exaware's capabilities as complementary to Actelis', potentially expanding its reach into attractive networking and infrastructure markets. He stated that the collaboration allows for immediate pursuit of joint opportunities while Actelis progresses on its strategic initiatives, including its objective to return to Nasdaq.
Ronen Hovav, CEO of Exaware, noted that both companies share a focus on delivering innovative networking solutions for demanding infrastructure environments.
