Actinium Pharmaceuticals issues equity grant to new hire
Actinium Pharmaceuticals has awarded an equity inducement grant to a newly hired non-executive employee following their appointment on October 26, 2026.

Actinium Pharmaceuticals, a New York-based developer of targeted radiotherapies, confirmed on Wednesday the issuance of an equity award to a new employee. The grant was provided as an inducement for the individual’s recent hire.
The equity package consists of 16,500 restricted stock units (RSUs) that will vest over a three-year period, contingent upon the employee’s continued service. This award was approved by the company’s compensation committee under the Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. 2026 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan.
Such inducement grants are common practices for publicly traded biotech firms seeking to attract specialized talent in a competitive pharmaceutical landscape. The award was made in accordance with NYSE American Company Guide Section 711(a), which permits the use of equity incentives outside of shareholder-approved plans to recruit new personnel.
