AcuCort secures Zeqmelit® trademark registration in Ukraine
Pharmaceutical company AcuCort announced it has obtained trademark protection for its product Zeqmelit® in Ukraine. The registration is considered strategically important during the company's commercialization phase.
Pharmaceutical company AcuCort announced on Tuesday that its Zeqmelit® trademark has been granted protection in Ukraine, following a decision by the Ukrainian trademark authority.
The trademark protection is considered strategically important as AcuCort progresses through its commercialization phase. Zeqmelit® is a device for administering epinephrine, intended for the emergency treatment of acute allergic reactions.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals will handle the distribution, marketing, and sales of Zeqmelit® in Ukraine. This follows a commercial partnership agreement established between AcuCort and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals in January 2026.
AcuCort stated that securing trademark protection in Ukraine is a significant addition to its international trademark strategy.
