The company confirmed on Tuesday that 3,193,919 new ordinary shares will be issued for this purpose.
The equity issuance involves two price points for the new shares. This move allows Acuity RM Group to conserve its cash reserves while continuing to meet its financial obligations to suppliers. Such transactions are often used by companies to manage liquidity and maintain operational continuity without drawing down on cash balances.
The company's focus remains on delivering its cybersecurity risk management solutions. By utilizing equity for this settlement, Acuity RM Group aims to strengthen its financial position and support its ongoing business operations and growth strategies within the cybersecurity sector.
