Adam Rossen Teaches Florida Defense Bar on AI Use
Adam Rossen, founder of Rossen Law Firm, has instructed Florida criminal defense attorneys on the ethical and practical adoption of artificial intelligence. The training occurred just before a new statewide rule on AI took effect.

Adam Rossen, founder of the Rossen Law Firm, provided instruction to Florida's criminal defense bar regarding the use of artificial intelligence. The session was held preceding the statewide implementation of Rule 2.515(d)(2), which governs AI in legal practice.
During the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL) 39th Annual Meeting, Rossen presented a framework for attorneys. The objective was to equip legal professionals with the knowledge to employ AI ethically and effectively, aligning with new regulatory requirements.
The new rule requires legal practitioners to ensure that any AI tools utilized are appropriate and meet professional standards. Rossen's training aimed to ensure attorneys understood these obligations and could responsibly integrate AI into their workflows.
The instruction offered practical guidance for lawyers navigating the evolving legal landscape, emphasizing compliance with professional duties and the newly enacted regulations effective July 3, 2026.
