Adara Pakkaus has earned international recognition for its corrugated cake box design for Boulangerie Marco, taking home top honors in the FlexoTech Awards. The packaging won both its category for corrugated post-print and the competition's top honor, the Supreme Award.
The project utilized MetsäBoard Pro WKL, a coated white kraftliner produced by Metsä Board. The material was selected to facilitate detailed flexographic printing, a process typically challenged by the uneven surfaces of corrugated board.
Industry experts noted that the quality of the print demonstrates the viability of high-precision design on corrugated materials. The award highlights the role of specific substrates in achieving brand-impacting results in post-print applications.
