Adecco Group subsidiary EZRA integrates AI into coaching platform
EZRA has launched Loop, a digital coaching tool that combines professional human coaching with an AI-driven assistant designed to track organizational context and management goals.

EZRA, a coaching division within the Adecco Group, has introduced Loop, a software platform that integrates generative AI with human-led professional development. The system aims to provide managers with continuous support by pairing them with ICF-accredited coaches alongside an AI partner named Cai.
The AI component is designed to retain information from previous coaching sessions, including specific organizational priorities and individual development goals. By tracking this history, the platform attempts to provide a consistent development record that persists between sessions with human coaches.
This launch reflects a broader trend in the human resources sector, where firms are increasingly looking to supplement expensive, periodic coaching sessions with low-cost digital tools. EZRA states that the integration intends to reduce the administrative burden on coaches while offering managers more frequent touchpoints to track their performance progress.
The deployment of Loop marks a shift in EZRA’s service model, moving from traditional live-only coaching to a hybrid, data-persistent infrastructure.
