Vancouver, B.C. โ September 11, 2025 โ Adelayde Exploration Inc. has announced a private placement intended to fund its planned gold exploration drill program in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The placement will also incorporate an investment dealer exemption, allowing for participation by certain subscribers.
The financing aims to raise up to one million dollars through the issuance of up to twenty million units at a price of $0.05 per unit. These funds are earmarked to bolster the company's working capital and provide greater flexibility for resource allocation and enhanced marketing efforts.
According to James Nelson, President of Adelayde, the current high gold prices and a limited number of outstanding shares present an opportune moment to commence drilling at the Nevada gold project. Nelson highlighted Nevada as a premier global jurisdiction for gold and silver mining, underscoring its strategic importance for exploration.
Beyond its Nevada operations, the company also intends to advance its tungsten project in New Brunswick and its Perron-East Gold Project in Quebec. Nelson suggested that success from these ventures could significantly re-rate the company's valuation, which currently stands below $2 million.
