9 October 2026

Private equity firm Adelis Equity Partners has agreed to divest its majority stake in netIP A/S, a Danish provider of IT solutions and managed services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to Synova, a European growth-focused private equity firm.

Adelis became the majority owner of netIP in September 2022. At the time of that acquisition, netIP operated as a regional IT provider with approximately 165 employees across seven offices in Denmark.

During Adelis' ownership period, netIP has reportedly more than doubled its revenues. The company's management team will reinvest alongside Synova to support the next phase of netIP's development.

Synova focuses on investing in and developing growth companies across Europe. The transaction is expected to strengthen netIP's position within the Danish IT services market.
