AdminaHealth Rolls Out AI Data Assistant for Enterprise Clients
AdminaHealth has introduced an AI-powered data assistant for enterprise clients of its AdminaHealth Billing Suite, enabling users to query billing and enrollment data using natural language.

AdminaHealth, a provider of benefits billing technology, has launched an AI-powered data assistant for its enterprise-tier clients. This new feature is now available within the AdminaHealth Billing Suite.
The assistant allows enterprise customers to ask questions about their billing, enrollment, and reconciliation data in plain language. Instead of navigating through multiple screens or pulling reports, users can directly inquire about information such as a group's total bill for a given month, the origin of a mid-period adjustment, or which member's coverage has changed.
Designed for read-only access, the assistant cannot modify bills, ledger entries, or change records. Access requires workspace permissions, acceptance of terms of use and privacy policy, and multi-factor authentication. This separation ensures that core billing and reconciliation processes remain distinct from the AI's querying capabilities.
AdminaHealth also utilizes AI to convert PDF invoices into structured data, enhancing the platform's ability to ingest various invoice formats and reducing the need for manual data conversion. Enterprise clients are the initial recipients of this AI assistant, with broader availability to be determined.
