Adobe Integrates AI Generators Directly Into Premiere Pro

Adobe is updating its professional video editing software, Premiere Pro, with new integrated AI generative tools. The Generative Media feature allows users to create video clips, sound effects, music, and soundscapes directly within the Premiere Pro project timeline.

The primary change focuses on improving editor workflow efficiency. Previously, editors might have needed to switch between different applications or browsers to source specific assets like B-roll footage or audio elements. The new system enables editors to highlight an empty gap on their video or audio track and generate context-aware, editable clips without leaving the editing environment.
