Aduro Launches Mental Health and Resilience Benefit
Aduro, a health and human performance company, has launched Aduro Mental Health & Resilience, a new therapy benefit for self-insured employers. The service connects mental and physical health care.

Seattle, WA – Aduro, a health and human performance company, has launched Aduro Mental Health & Resilience, a dedicated therapy benefit for self-insured employers. This new offering aims to address access issues in mental health care by using a dedicated, employed team of therapists.
Instead of relying on external networks or apps, Aduro deploys its own licensed clinical social workers to provide care. The company states this approach integrates mental health services more closely with overall physical well-being, considering factors like sleep, stress, activity, and nutrition. The clinicians work exclusively for Aduro clients.
The launch follows Aduro's acquisition of Trusana, whose clinical infrastructure now underpins the new service. Aduro also plans to offer proactive support through self-help content, webinars, and challenges before issues become acute. The company will collect aggregate workforce insights while protecting individual privacy.
Founded in 2007, Aduro focuses on unlocking human potential at work by combining coaching, clinical support, and well-being resources. The Aduro Mental Health & Resilience benefit is now available to self-insured employers.
