Advanet Launches Industrial Computer Product Family Based on Renesas RZ/G3L
Advanet Inc., part of the Eurotech Group, has introduced a new family of industrial computers utilizing the Renesas RZ/G3L MPU. The product line includes a SMARC module, an industrial motherboard, and a box PC.
TOKYO, September 29, 2026 – Advanet Inc., a member of the Eurotech Group, has announced a new product family of industrial computers based on the Renesas RZ/G3L MPU. The products, including the Adsmc7101 SMARC module, AdiMB7103 industrial motherboard, and AdiCS7102 box PC, were developed and manufactured in Japan.
The product line is designed to accelerate the development and deployment of industrial systems, particularly those requiring long lifecycles. A common hardware and software platform integrates Advanet's embedded computing expertise with Renesas' RZ/G technology. Target applications include human-machine interfaces (HMI), industrial automation, edge computing, and building automation.
"With the Adsmc7101, we offer customers the Renesas RZ/G3L platform in a ready-to-use SMARC form factor, significantly reducing development time," said Ludovico Ciferri, President and CEO of Advanet. "The industrial motherboard AdiMB7103 and industrial box PC AdiCS7102, based on the same platform, extend this foundation to a scalable portfolio ranging from a flexible system-on-module to fully integrated industrial computer systems." The core of the system is the Renesas RZ/G3L MPU, featuring a 1.2 GHz quad-core Arm Cortex-A55 CPU. This architecture provides significant computing power and multitasking capabilities. The product family supports flexible memory configurations, including up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of eMMC storage, to meet various performance, functionality, and cost requirements.
