Advenica's AGM approves dividend and new board composition
Advenica AB held its Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2025. The meeting approved the financial statements and decided on dividend distribution and board remuneration.

Malmö, Sweden, April 24, 2025 – Advenica AB (publ) conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 24, 2025. The meeting approved the company's and the group's income statements and balance sheets, granting discharge of liability to the board members and the CEO for the past fiscal year.
The AGM resolved, in accordance with the board's proposal, to distribute an ordinary dividend of SEK 0.09 per share. The dividend is scheduled to be paid out by Euroclear Sweden AB on May 2, 2025.
Remuneration for the board was set, with the Chairman receiving SEK 330,000 and other board members receiving SEK 150,000. The meeting also elected Karin Jarl Månsson as a new board member and re-elected Per Wargéus as Chairman. Ernst & Young AB was re-elected as the company's auditor.
Furthermore, the AGM adopted guidelines for executive remuneration and principles for appointing the nomination committee. The board also received authorization to issue new shares, up to a maximum of 4,350,000 shares, until the next AGM.
