Real estate investor Aedifica has acquired six healthcare properties for a total of €110 million. The acquisitions span Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany, further solidifying the company's presence in the European healthcare real estate market.
The transaction includes six fully occupied properties, collectively offering 788 beds. These immediate-delivery facilities are designed to meet the demands of modern healthcare operations. Aedifica specializes in investing in and developing high-quality, affordable, and sustainable healthcare real estate.
According to CEO Stéphane Duins, four of the acquired properties are located in Belgium, one in the Netherlands, and one in Germany. These acquisitions align with Aedifica's long-term strategy to grow its presence within the European healthcare real estate sector. The company's portfolio already extends across nine European countries, including Ireland, the United Kingdom, Finland, Spain, and France.
These recent acquisitions significantly enhance the size and diversification of Aedifica's portfolio, reinforcing its position as a key investor in healthcare properties across Europe.
