Aedifica publishes 2025 annual report

Real estate investor Aedifica has published its 2025 annual report, offering a comprehensive overview of the company's operations and financial development over the past year. The report emphasizes Aedifica's focus on high-quality, affordable, and sustainable healthcare real estate across Europe.

The company's portfolio spans nine European countries, comprising 923 properties with a fair value of €11.014 billion. Annual rental income reached €641 million. Aedifica specializes in healthcare properties, care homes, and senior residences, serving care operators and their clients.

The annual report also addresses significant events, including a €110 million investment in six care properties. It further outlines Aedifica's ongoing strategies, such as property development and the pursuit of new investment opportunities in the European market.
