AerCap Reports 202 Transactions in Second Quarter 2026
AerCap Holdings N.V. announced its business transactions for the second quarter of 2026, including 120 lease agreements and 82 aircraft sales and purchases.

AerCap Holdings N.V., a global leader in aviation leasing, has released its transaction highlights for the second quarter of 2026. The company reported a total of 202 transactions involving aircraft, engines, and helicopters during the April-June period. This included the signing of 120 new lease agreements, which comprised 11 widebody aircraft, 47 narrowbody aircraft, 49 engines, and 13 helicopters. In addition to new leases, AerCap completed 33 aircraft sales and acquired 22 aircraft during the quarter. Three aircraft were also removed from the company’s portfolio. As of March 31, 2026, AerCap managed a portfolio of over 1,300 aircraft, spare engines, and helicopters, solidifying its position as the world's largest aircraft leasing company. This follows a period in Q2 2025 where AerCap reported 39 new aircraft lease agreements, 28 aircraft sales, and 16 aircraft purchases.
