AeroVironment Faces Class Action Lawsuit, Investor Deadline Approaching
Investor service ClaimsFiler has alerted investors of an upcoming deadline to join a class action lawsuit against AeroVironment, Inc. The suit alleges the company made misleading statements about its business prospects.

NEW ORLEANS – ClaimsFiler, a shareholder information service, is reminding investors who purchased AeroVironment, Inc. (NasdaqGS: AVAV) securities between June 25, 2025, and March 10, 2026, of an upcoming deadline. Investors must file lead plaintiff applications in a class action lawsuit against the company by July 27, 2026.
The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, alleges that AeroVironment and certain executives failed to disclose material information, violating federal securities laws. This period is referred to as the Class Period.
Allegations include that the company understated its imminent competition for work related to U.S. Space Force programs, including satellite communication projects. As a result, AeroVironment's business and financial prospects were allegedly overstated, making public statements materially false and misleading during the Class Period.
ClaimsFiler encourages investors who lost over $100,000 to visit their website for more information or to contact the law firm Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC for a case evaluation.
