Aetna Announces 2027 Medicare Plans
Aetna, a CVS Health company, has announced its 2027 Medicare offerings, focusing on affordability, access to care, and member support.

WOONSOCKET, R.I. – Aetna, a CVS Health company, has unveiled its 2027 Medicare products. The new plans are designed to support older adults with a wide range of health needs, offering reliable benefits that enable affordability and access to quality care.
The 2027 offerings will be available in 41 states plus Washington D.C., accessible to 57 million Medicare-eligible beneficiaries. Offerings include Medicare Advantage prescription drug plans, Medicare Advantage-only plans, the SilverScript Choice prescription drug plan, and Medicare Supplement and ancillary products that can include dental, vision, and hearing benefits.
The company is expanding its Chronic Condition Special Needs Plans and focusing on enhancing care navigation and support. The plans include $0 copays for certain drugs and vaccines at in-network pharmacies, as well as $0 copays for annual physicals, colonoscopies, and mammograms at in-network providers.
Additionally, the Aetna Medicare Extra Benefits Card will offer benefits on select plans, usable for certain products and services at participating retail stores. The company is also expanding its High Value Provider Incentive Program, which rewards primary care providers delivering high-quality care and may offer members additional benefits or lower out-of-pocket costs for select services.
