Aetna's Medicare Plans Earn High Star Ratings for 2027
Over 69 percent of Aetna's Medicare Advantage members are in plans rated 4 stars or higher for 2027, the company announced. These ratings reflect clinical quality and member experience.

HARTFORD, Conn. – Aetna, a CVS Health company (NYSE: CVS), announced Monday that more than 69 percent of its Medicare Advantage (MA) members are enrolled in plans rated 4 stars or higher (out of 5) by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for 2027.
The ratings reflect the company's focus on clinical quality and member experience, according to Aetna's announcement.
CMS's annual star ratings help Medicare beneficiaries compare and choose health plans. Plans with higher ratings can qualify for additional federal payments and are generally seen as more desirable by consumers.
Aetna indicated that improvements in its plan quality and member services have contributed to these favorable evaluations. The company stated it continues to invest in enhancing its healthcare offerings.
