AEVEX Corp. Investors Can Lead Class Action Lawsuit Before October Deadline
AEVEX Corp. investors who suffered substantial losses have until October 20, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit.

Investors who purchased AEVEX Corp. (NYSE: AVEX) stock in or after its initial public offering and have incurred significant losses may now seek to serve as lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit. The law firm Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP announced that the deadline to file such applications is Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
The lawsuit, captioned Rosenberg v. AEVEX Corp., alleges that AEVEX, its controlling private equity owner Madison Dearborn Partners, and several of the company's executives and IPO underwriters violated securities laws. The complaint contends that the company and its stakeholders made false or misleading statements and failed to disclose material information in connection with the IPO.
Specifically, the suit centers on allegations that AEVEX misrepresented its plans regarding a lock-up period for Madison Dearborn Partners' shares. The complaint states that defendants concealed a pre-arranged plan to allow Madison Dearborn Partners to sell its shares prematurely via a secondary public offering shortly after the IPO. Following the disclosure of this plan, AEVEX's stock price reportedly fell significantly.
The class action concerns AEVEX's IPO registration documents and stock purchases made between April and June 2026. Investors who experienced losses are encouraged to contact Robbins Geller for more information or to be considered for the lead plaintiff role.
