AEVEX Corp. Investors Reminded of Lead Plaintiff Deadline

Shareholder rights law firm Robbins LLP has reminded investors in AEVEX Corp. of a deadline to participate in a class action lawsuit. The complaint alleges that AEVEX misled investors before its initial public offering (IPO) in April 2026.

The lawsuit claims that AEVEX and its then-majority owner, Madison, a private equity firm, concealed a pre-arranged plan for Madison to sell a significant amount of AEVEX stock shortly after the IPO. This sale occurred faster than previously represented, leading to a collapse in AEVEX's share value in June 2026.

Robbins LLP emphasizes that investors who suffered substantial losses on AEVEX stock purchased between April and June 2026 must contact the firm by October 20, 2026, if they wish to be considered for appointment as lead plaintiff.

The company's stock price fell sharply in early June 2026 after AEVEX announced plans to sell additional shares, contradicting earlier statements about a post-IPO lock-up period. This announcement led to a stock price decline, wiping out hundreds of millions of dollars in market capitalization.
