AEVEX Shareholder Class Action Lawsuit Filing Deadline Approaches

NEW YORK โ€“ October 17, 2026 โ€“ The law firm Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP is reminding investors in AEVEX Corp. that the deadline to file as a lead plaintiff in a federal securities class action lawsuit against the company is October 20, 2026.

The lawsuit alleges that AEVEX and its executives violated federal securities laws by making false and/or misleading statements and failing to disclose material information in connection with the company's initial public offering (IPO). Specifically, the complaint claims the company misrepresented its commitment to a 180-day "lock-up" period, which was intended to prevent a major shareholder from selling shares shortly after the IPO. The suit alleges that a plan was in place to prematurely abrogate this lock-up to allow for a secondary public offering (SPO).

Following the company's announcement on June 2, 2026, of its intention to conduct an SPO and the premature waiver of lock-up restrictions, AEVEX's stock price fell approximately 16 percent, erasing over $700 million in market capitalization. A further 7 percent decline occurred on June 5, 2026, after the final prospectus was filed.

Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP urges investors who purchased AEVEX securities between April 17, 2026, and June 4, 2026, or in connection with the IPO offering, and suffered losses, to contact attorney Josh Wilson to discuss their legal options. The deadline to seek appointment as lead plaintiff is October 20, 2026.
