Affle to acquire Perion Network in 420 million USD cash deal
Technology firm Affle has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Israel-based Perion Network, aiming to expand its consumer conversion platform across developed markets.

Affle 3i Limited has announced an agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Perion Network for 11.70 USD per share in an all-cash transaction. Valued at approximately 420 million USD, the deal aims to integrate Perion’s omnichannel advertising capabilities into Affle’s existing AI-driven platform.
Perion, which operates out of Tel Aviv and maintains a significant presence in North America, provides services across retail media, Connected TV (CTV), and digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising. By acquiring the company, Affle intends to leverage its proprietary Cost Per Converted User (CPCU) model to improve ROI for Perion’s advertiser base, particularly by applying performance-led marketing techniques to the upper-funnel digital channels where Perion operates.
Anuj Khanna Sohum, CEO of Affle, stated that the acquisition is designed to consolidate mobile marketing strengths with broader omnichannel reach. The company expects the move to accelerate its global expansion and support its long-term growth objectives across diverse industries such as retail and e-commerce.
The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions. Upon completion, the combined entity will provide integrated marketing solutions for advertisers in over 100 countries.
