AFRY Appointed International Technical Advisor for Vietnam LNG Power Project

AFRY has been appointed as the International Technical Advisor (ITA) for the 1.5 GW Quynh Lap LNG Thermal Power Plant project in Nghe An Province, Vietnam. This project is included in Vietnam's Power Development Plan VIII, which outlines the country's power sector development through 2030 with a vision to 2050.

The Quynh Lap project aims to expand and diversify Vietnam's power generation capacity, addressing the growing demand for electricity and enhancing national energy security. Its implementation aligns with Vietnam's broader energy strategies to balance economic growth with reliable power supply.
