Agilent Acquires Resolution Bioscience to Expand Precision Oncology Offerings

Agilent Technologies announced the completion of its acquisition of Resolution Bioscience, a company specializing in the development of next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based solutions for precision oncology. This strategic move aims to bolster Agilent's presence in the rapidly expanding precision medicine market.

The acquisition is expected to enhance Agilent's capabilities in cancer diagnostics and introduce innovative technologies that cater to the growing needs of precision medicine. Resolution Bioscience's expertise, particularly in liquid biopsy-based diagnostic technologies, will strengthen Agilent's offerings to both biopharmaceutical and clinical diagnostic customers.
