Agilent Reports 10.1% Revenue Growth in Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2025
Agilent Technologies announced third-quarter fiscal year 2025 revenue of $1.74 billion, surpassing guidance and marking a 10.1% year-over-year increase. The company raised its full-year financial outlook.

Agilent Technologies reported strong financial results for its third quarter of fiscal year 2025, ending July 31, 2025. The company's revenue reached $1.74 billion, exceeding earlier projections and demonstrating a 10.1% reported year-over-year growth, alongside a 6.1% increase on a core basis.
For the third quarter, Agilent posted GAAP net income of $336 million, or $1.18 per share, a 22% increase compared to the third quarter of fiscal year 2024. Non-GAAP net income was $390 million, or $1.37 per share, up 4% from the prior year's comparable period.
President and CEO Padraig McDonnell attributed the results, Agilent's fifth consecutive quarter of sequential core revenue acceleration, to the company's 'Ignite Transformation' strategy and its focus on profitable growth and operational excellence. He noted that all three business groups, all regions, and the two largest markets delivered growth.
In light of these results, Agilent has revised its financial outlook for the full fiscal year 2025. The company now anticipates total revenue in the range of $6.91 billion to $6.93 billion. For the fourth quarter, revenue is projected between $1.822 billion and $1.842 billion. The full-year non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) outlook is now projected to be between $5.56 and $5.59.
