AG&P Industrial breaks ground on new module fabrication yard in the Philippines
AG&P Industrial has begun construction on an 85-hectare module fabrication yard in San Pascual, Batangas, Philippines. The facility will serve global energy and infrastructure sectors.

AG&P Industrial commenced construction on a new 85-hectare module fabrication yard in San Pascual, Batangas, Philippines, on July 24, 2026. The facility is projected to have an annual fabrication capacity of 80,000 metric tons.
The state-of-the-art yard is designed to meet global demand across the energy sector, including LNG, petroleum, clean fuels, and renewable fuels. It will also serve power, refining, chemicals, and digital and industrial infrastructure projects.
According to AG&P Industrial, the new San Pascual facility aims to set new benchmarks for productivity, safety, and quality in industrial construction. It will utilize the company's proprietary Modstruction™ system, intended to accelerate project delivery schedules and reduce costs by shifting construction into a controlled environment.
Construction is expected to begin shortly, with the facility targeting fabrication readiness by late Q4 2026 and quayside operations by Q4 2027.
